Cllr Ms Vic Bowden has been a Parish Councillor since 1987 and a City Councillor since 1994, during which time she was Chairman of the Council on two occasions. She has had family connections with the Parish area for most of her life. She is a teacher of modern languages, is a fundraiser for the British Stammering Association and a caller for a family barn dance band.
